Who organizes college sports fests across India?

Accepted Answer

Sportagon is one of India's most active college sports fest organizers, with 100+ college events delivered over 10+ years. Question 2

What does a college sports fest package include?

Accepted Answer

A college sports fest package includes fest planning, multi-sport scheduling, venue coordination, referees and umpires, online registration, live scoring, trophies and certificates, live streaming (optional), drone/photography, event branding, and post-fest reporting. Fest scale runs from single-day intra-college events to 3–7-day multi-college leagues.

Question 3

Accepted Answer

College sports fest budgets in India typically range from ₹1,00,000 for a small intra-college event to ₹15,00,000+ for a multi-day inter-college league with 20+ colleges. Cost drivers are number of sports, teams, days, venue rental, officiating, jerseys, trophies, and production. Sportagon builds fixed-price packages after a scoping call.

Question 4

Which sports can be included in a college sports fest?

Accepted Answer

Cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, tennis, pickleball, athletics, chess, carrom, kabaddi, throwball, and esports can all be included. Most college fests run 8–15 sports in parallel over 2–5 days. Sportagon builds custom sport bundles based on your college's traditions and student interest.

How far in advance should a college book a sports fest organizer?

Accepted Answer

Book 8–12 weeks in advance for a full inter-college sports fest, and 4–6 weeks for a single-day intra-college tournament. Peak fest season (August–March) fills fastest. Sportagon can execute compressed timelines for repeat colleges with locked-in venues and standard sport bundles.
